DARK HERO LUCIUS EPISODE 003: Delusions of Grandeur (Event)
(action, 2240 stevens, morning)
[Lucius, despite all warnings and everything to go with it, has decided to take it upon himself to drink the milk this morning. If his rival did it and lived, he most certainly can too! Upon drinking it... he begins to feel... funny. Light headed, full of happiness. He felt like flonne, minus the justice obsession, really. Well, more like a really, really stoned Flonne.]
Man....I feel just.... greaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat It's like... it's like...[His eyes widen.] Woah.... I feel... funny.....It's like... my world is in HD.... the colors....
[He's now incredibly gullible and open for pranks. Do what you will, housemates...]
(phone, later on that morning)
Guys... guys listen. I've... I've noticed something...It's like... something really deep... what if this is like... the sequel, man... the sequel to the game!
(action, the toy store, later that afternoon)
[Lucius's stoned state has gone into all out tripping the fuck out. His face is plastered against the window of the toy store, hallucinating that the store does indeed sell video games - ones that he is the star of. He'll excitedly scream and point to whoever crosses his path and point it out that he wasn't just a one-trick pony! He was the real deal! A game, a game where he's the star and not that damn Valkyrie! A game where those Disgaea characters won't steal the show! One that's his, all his! He's finally taken seriously in his own mind!]
(action, later that evening)
[Sadly, all good things must come to an end, as the day progresses, his fear begins to heighten... what if those games were popular because they were bad, what if he was still a source of mockery and still the world's buttmonkey! He begins to envision the world laughing at him, as he runs into anywhere he can to hide away from the voices of mockery that torment him.]
